Payment Policy
We accept VISA/MC credit/debit cards only. We also accept personal checks and money orders. Orders paid by personal checks will be held a short period for check clearance.
Buying Policy
We are, of course, always looking for sets of discontinued china patterns in the manufacturers in which we specialize. If you would like to sell your set, contact us either by email, phone or regular mail. Provide the exact number and condition of each type of piece and we will be pleased to give you a purchase quote.
Return Policy
We offer a guarantee for all our orders. They may be returned for any reason within 10 days of receipt, for a full refund. If we have made an error, we will also refund the shipping costs.
